DANGEROUS CARGO

If the cargo is dangerous cargo please add DGD with the IMO number, class and cargo packaging. The Mexican authorities require more information documentation amd if the cargo is declared as "samples", we suggest you not send the goods as "samples" to avoid inspections and additional charges. If we show in the cargo declaration "Samples" the authorities break, scratch, deactivate or pierce the goods. Even if the cargo is a sample, please do not write sample on the invoice, it is much better if we import as a regular charge. We are asking all documents in advance to make sure that the cargo will be released on time. The work prior to the settlement of the cargo, which is what defines long or short, will be the custom process. We want to do this faster and save money from all additional charges such as storage. Please, before the cargo exits from China let us know who will be the recipient to contact him and ask for all the documentation that we will need for the custom clearence.
